Neck and Decollete Botox

Neck and Decollete Botox
The neck is separated from our face by the jaw line, and this separation makes the face look healthier. Conditions such as loosening of the skin over time, increase in subcutaneous fat tissue due to weight gain, back or small jawbone, and excessive neck muscle (pylatisma) activity can reduce the prominence of the jaw line and cause a more tired and older appearance.
With neck botox, the activity of the platysma muscle can be reduced. With décolleté botox, the strength of the lower fibers of the platysma muscle is reduced. The Pylatisma muscle, which is defined as the neck muscle, is a muscle located just under the skin, extending from our front body, like A4 paper, on both sides of the neck, from our face to the jawbone. With excessive contraction of this muscle, vertical bands occur on the neck. Botox injections are made to reduce these bands and help increase the prominence of the jaw line and neck.
